Here's two nominations for you:
1) www.crazyauntpurl.com First of all, this blog is laugh-out-loud funny almost every single day. Second, the author of this blog actually became an author when a publisher stumbled upon her website and offered her a contract before she even had a book idea.
2) www.retailindustry.about.com The blog that's part of this site is one of the best business related blogs around because it's professional and authentic at the same time. There's no sucking up - she calls companies on their crap just as freely as she heaps praise where it is due. Specialized, but very engaging.
i think the THE LIZARD GAZETTE completely deserves it i think its an amazing blog!
