Nicole Hamaker and her husband were living on a U.S. Navy base in Sicily.
Moving to San Diego recently cut down quite a bit on her blogging but we hope she gets back up to speed soon.
Her latest recipe is for Tangerine and Jicama Salad.
She tests all the recipes herself and is working on a Pinch My Salt Cookbook.
