LOL.. Thanx Fam Quot.. I was actually meaning what for.. As in design, content, etc.. Thought judges might have choosen to award " TE " for a certain reason..
No, they just tend to send in their votes ... I make a list of the open nominations and they get sorted and ranked.
They say things like:
"The first three are junk, don't give them an award."
"This one is the best one I have seen in weeks."
"These are ranked in order by how much I like them"
Sometimes they add new items to the list themselves but not very often. We get a large volume and always seem to have a backlog and a backup in judging.
